Shane Rensmon is the President of Real Estate Development for Kensington Investment Company.
In his role at Kensington, Shane’s primary focus will be on the company’s current and future development project, and he will direct oversight of entitlements, design, and the construction process.
Before joining Kensington, Shane was a Vice President of Group Development at Mapletree Investments, a Singaporean-based real estate investment owner and developer. As a Vice President, Shane oversaw the development and technical due diligence for Mapletree’s European, UK and US markets. Before joining Mapletree, Shane led the development team at The Hampshire Companies, a New Jersey-based developer.
Shane holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Montana State University and a Master of Science in Real Estate from New York University.
