Mike currently serves as a Partner at Choate, Hall & Stewart, LLP, a Boston-based law firm, working with private equity and venture capital clients to help them maximize the value of their transactions.
Mike previously worked for twelve years as General Counsel and Chief Investment Officer of Kensington Investment Company, Inc., a family office focused on alternative investments, real estate development, international travel business and philanthropy.
A Massachusetts native, Mike received his B.A., magna cum laude, from Amherst College in 1992 and his J.D. in 1995 from Columbia Law School, where he was a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar. He is admitted to the bars of Massachusetts and New York.
