Based in Park City, Utah, Ed serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Kensington Investment Company, representing the second generation of Lewis Family leadership.
Prior to CEO, Ed served in a variety of roles within the company, where he learned the business from the ground up. During his time as Senior Vice President, Real Estate, Ed held the vision for the Kensington Tower, a LEED Gold certified, eco-conscious apartment tower that minimizes the impact to the environment; maximizes the convenience, comfort, and health of its residents; and creates a community within the building.
A graduate of the University of Vermont, Ed serves on the Board for the family’s companies, Grand Circle Corporation and Kensington Investment Company, as well as Alnoba and the Lewis Family Foundation. Ed moved to Park City in 2010 where he launched SNOCRU the first “micro-social” app built for the entire snow-sports industry. Following his passion for skiing, Ed later co-founded Kingfisher Heliskiing.
Keenly aware of the impact of global climate change, Ed supports numerous organizations in their work, including Utah Clean Energy, Protect Our Winters, and 350.org. He partners with Friends of Cedar Mesa in their work to protect Bears Ears National Monument and served on the board of High Fives Foundation, who help people with life-changing injuries recover through outdoor sports.
Ed is in his element in the mountains of Utah, whether skiing the slopes or biking the trails, but he is at his best, when in the company of the ‘ladies of his life’, his wife and two daughters.
